Sunan Ibn Majah — Zakat

Adi bin Hatim narrated that:the Messenger of Allah said: “Each one of you will be spoken to by his lord, with no mediator between them. He will look in from of him and the fire will be facing him. He will look to his right and will not see anything but something that he had sent on before. He will look to his left and will not see anything but something that he had sent on before. Whoeever among you can save himself in Fire, even with half a date, let him do so.”

حدثنا علي بن محمد، حدثنا وكيع، حدثنا الاعمش، عن خيثمة، عن عدي بن حاتم، قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم " ما منكم من احد الا سيكلمه ربه ليس بينه وبينه ترجمان فينظر امامه فتستقبله النار وينظر عن ايمن منه فلا يرى الا شييا قدمه وينظر عن اشام منه فلا يرى الا شييا قدمه فمن استطاع منكم ان يتقي النار ولو بشق تمرة فليفعل

Salman bin Amir Dabbi narrated that:the Messenger of Allah said: “Charity given to the poor is charity, and that given to a relative is two things: charity and upholding the ties of kinship.”

حدثنا ابو بكر بن ابي شيبة، وعلي بن محمد، قالا حدثنا وكيع، عن ابن عون، عن حفصة بنت سيرين، عن الرباب ام الرايح بنت صليع، عن سلمان بن عامر الضبي، قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم " الصدقة على المسكين صدقة وهي على ذي القرابة اثنتان صدقة وصلة
