Sunan an-Nasa'i — Financial Transactions

Abu Hurairah said:Abu Al- Qasim said: "Whoever buys a Musarrah, he has the choice (of annulling the deal) for three days. If the wishes ti keep it, he may keep it, and if he wishes to return it, he may return it, along with a Sa of daters, not wheat." (Sahih)

اخبرنا محمد بن منصور، قال حدثنا سفيان، عن ايوب، عن محمد، قال سمعت ابا هريرة، يقول قال ابو القاسم صلى الله عليه وسلم " من ابتاع محفلة او مصراة فهو بالخيار ثلاثة ايام ان شاء ان يمسكها امسكها وان شاء ان يردها ردها وصاعا من تمر لا سمراء

It was narrated that 'Aishsh said:" The Messenger of Allah ruled that what a slave earns belongs to his guarantor

اخبرنا اسحاق بن ابراهيم، قال حدثنا عيسى بن يونس، ووكيع، قالا حدثنا ابن ابي ذيب، عن مخلد بن خفاف، عن عروة، عن عايشة، قالت قضى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ان الخراج بالضمان

It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said:"The Messenger of Allah forbade meeting (the traders on the way) a Muhajhir selling for a Bedouin, keeping the milk in the udder of an animal (so as to increase its price), artificially inflating prices, a man to urge the cancellation of sale already agreed upon and a woman to ask that her sister (in faith) be divorced

اخبرني عبد الله بن محمد بن تميم، قال حدثنا حجاج، قال حدثني شعبة، عن عدي بن ثابت، عن ابي حازم، عن ابي هريرة، قال نهى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم عن التلقي وان يبيع مهاجر للاعرابي وعن التصرية والنجش وان يستام الرجل على سوم اخيه وان تسال المراة طلاق اختها

It was narrated from Anas that:the Prophet forbade a town-dweller to sell for a desert- dweller, even if he was his father or brother. (Sahih)

اخبرنا محمد بن بشار، قال حدثني محمد بن الزبرقان، قال حدثنا يونس بن عبيد، عن الحسن، عن انس، ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم نهى ان يبيع حاضر لباد وان كان اباه او اخاه

It was narrated that Anas bin Malik said:"It was forbidden to us for a town-dweller to sell for a desert-dweller, even if he was his father or brother." (Sahih)

اخبرنا محمد بن المثنى، قال حدثني سالم بن نوح، قال انبانا يونس، عن محمد بن سيرين، عن انس بن مالك، قال نهينا ان يبيع، حاضر لباد وان كان اخاه او اباه

It was narrated that Anas said:"It was forbidden to us for a town-dweller to sell for a desert-dweller." (Sahih)

اخبرنا محمد بن عبد الاعلى، قال حدثنا خالد، قال حدثنا ابن عون، عن محمد، عن انس، قال نهينا ان يبيع، حاضر لباد

Jabir said:"The Messenger of Allah said: 'A town-dweller should not sell for a direst-dweller. Leave the people alone and let Allah provide for them from one another."" (Sahih)

اخبرنا ابراهيم بن الحسن، قال حدثنا حجاج، قال قال ابن جريج اخبرني ابو الزبير، انه سمع جابرا، يقول قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم " لا يبيع حاضر لباد دعوا الناس يرزق الله بعضهم من بعض

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah said:"Do not go out to meet the riders, and do not urge someone to cancel a sale he has already agreed upon os as to sell him your own goods, do not artificially inflate prices, and let not a town-dweller sell for a desert-dweller." (Sahih)

اخبرنا قتيبة، عن مالك، عن ابي الزناد، عن الاعرج، عن ابي هريرة، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال " لا تلقوا الركبان للبيع ولا يبع بعضكم على بيع بعض - ولا تناجشوا - ولا يبيع حاضر لباد

It was narrated from 'Abdullah that:the Messenger of Allah forbade artificially inflating prices, meeting traders on the way, and for a town-dweller to sell for a desert-dweller." (Sahih)

اخبرنا عبد الرحمن بن عبد الله بن عبد الحكم بن اعين، قال حدثنا شعيب بن الليث، عن ابيه، عن كثير بن فرقد، عن نافع، عن عبد الله، عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم انه نهى عن النجش والتلقي وان يبيع حاضر لباد

It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that:the Messenger of Allah forbade meeting traders on the way

اخبرنا عبيد الله بن سعيد، قال حدثنا يحيى، عن عبيد الله، عن نافع، عن ابن عمر، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم نهى عن التلقي

It was narrated that Ibn 'Umar said:"The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) forbade meeting traders on the way, until one enters the market with them?" Abu Usamah acknowledged it and said: Yes

اخبرنا اسحاق بن ابراهيم، قال قلت لابي اسامة احدثكم عبيد الله عن نافع عن ابن عمر قال نهى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم عن تلقي الجلب حتى يدخل بها السوق فاقر به ابو اسامة وقال نعم

It was narrate from Ibn Tawus, from his father, that Ibn 'Abbas said; "The Messenger of Allah forbade meeting the riders, and for a town-dweller." I said to Ibn 'Abbas:"What does a town-dweller (selling) for a desert-dweller mean?" he said: "He should not act as a broker for him

اخبرنا محمد بن رافع، قال انبانا عبد الرزاق، قال انبانا معمر، عن ابن طاوس، عن ابيه، عن ابن عباس، قال نهى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ان يتلقى الركبان وان يبيع حاضر لباد . قلت لابن عباس ما قوله حاضر لباد قال لا يكون له سمسارا

Abu Hurairah said:"The Messenger of Allah said: 'Do and whoever meets any of them and buys from him the vendor has the choice of annulling the transaction when he comes to the marketplace

اخبرنا ابراهيم بن الحسن، قال حدثنا حجاج بن محمد، قال انبانا ابن جريج، قال انبانا هشام بن حسان القردوسي، انه سمع ابن سيرين، يقول سمعت ابا هريرة، يقول قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم " لا تلقوا الجلب فمن تلقاه فاشترى منه فاذا اتى سيده السوق فهو بالخيار

(It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said:The Messenger of Allah said: "No town-dweller should sell for a desert-dweller, do not artificially inflate prices, no man should urge a seller to cancel a sale already agreed upon with another buy so as to by the goods himself, no one should make a proposal over the proposal of his brother and no woman should make a proposal over the proposal of his brother and no woman should ask for her sister in faith) to be divorced so as to turn over what is in her vessel Deprived her of her share of maintenance) and so that she may get married in her place: she will have what Allah has decreed or her

حدثنا مجاهد بن موسى، قال حدثنا اسماعيل، عن معمر، عن الزهري، عن سعيد بن المسيب، عن ابي هريرة، قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم " لا يبيعن حاضر لباد ولا تناجشوا ولا يساوم الرجل على سوم اخيه ولا يخطب على خطبة اخيه ولا تسال المراة طلاق اختها لتكتفي ما في انايها ولتنكح فانما لها ما كتب الله لها

It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that the Prophet said:"No one of you should urge someone to cancel a sale he has already agreed upon with his brother so as to sell him his own goods

اخبرنا قتيبة بن سعيد، عن مالك، والليث، - واللفظ له - عن نافع، عن ابن عمر، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم انه قال " لا يبيع احدكم على بيع اخيه

It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that the Messenger of Allah said:"Do not urge someone to cancel a sale he has already agreed upon so as to sell him your own goods, unless he bys or changes his mind

اخبرنا اسحاق بن ابراهيم، قال حدثنا ابو معاوية، قال حدثنا عبيد الله، عن نافع، عن ابن عمر، عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال " لا يبيع الرجل على بيع اخيه حتى يبتاع او يذر

It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that:the Prophet forbade artificially inflating prices

اخبرنا قتيبة، عن مالك، عن نافع، عن ابن عمر، ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم نهى عن النجش

It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said:"I heard the messenger of Allah say: "No man should urge anyone to cancel a sale he has already agreed upon with his brother so as to sell him his own goods; no town-dweller should sell for a desert-dweller; do not artificially inflate prices; no man should outbid his brother; and no woman should ask for her sister (in faith) to be divorced so as to turn over what is in her vessel (deprive her of her share of maintenance)

اخبرنا محمد بن يحيى، قال حدثنا بشر بن شعيب، قال حدثنا ابي، عن الزهري، اخبرني ابو سلمة، وسعيد بن المسيب، ان ابا هريرة، قال سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول " لا يبيع الرجل على بيع اخيه ولا يبيع حاضر لباد ولا تناجشوا ولا يزيد الرجل على بيع اخيه ولا تسال المراة طلاق الاخرى لتكتفي ما في انايها

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet said:"No tow-dweller should sell for desert-dweller, no man should outbid his brother; and no woman should ask for her sister (in faith) to be divorced so as to turn over what is in her bowl (deprive her of her share of maintenance)

حدثني محمد بن عبد الاعلى، قال حدثنا يزيد، قال حدثنا معمر، عن الزهري، عن سعيد بن المسيب، عن ابي هريرة، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال " لا يبيع حاضر لباد ولا تناجشوا ولا يزيد الرجل على بيع اخيه ولا تسال المراة طلاق اختها لتستكفي به ما في صحفتها

It was narrated from Anas bin Malik that:the Messenger of Allah sold a drinking bowl and a blanket (for a horse of camel) to the highest bidder

اخبرنا اسحاق بن ابراهيم، قال حدثنا المعتمر، وعيسى بن يونس، قالا حدثنا الاخضر بن عجلان، عن ابي بكر الحنفي، عن انس بن مالك، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم باع قدحا وحلسا فيمن يزيد
